About RevCats and the role

Join RevCats as a full-time Digital Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist. This remote role combines prospecting, cold email, Meta advertising, campaign analytics, and recruitment marketing to support RevCats' growth and service delivery.

Pay and schedule

- $500 USD per month, with opportunities for performance-based increases and bonuses.

- Remote work with flexible professional hours, subject to deadlines and reliable campaign management.

- Availability for scheduled Zoom meetings during normal New York business hours is required.

Responsibilities

- Build targeted prospect lists and manage cold email campaigns, outreach messages, and follow-up sequences.

- Monitor replies, generate qualified sales conversations, and maintain prospect activity in CRM systems.

- Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns.

- Analyze campaign performance and improve targeting, messaging, audiences, and follow-up activity.

- Manage job advertising, monitor applicant flow in recruiting systems, and improve recruitment campaign performance.

- Track results, prepare reports, and support professional client updates.

Required qualifications

- Practical experience managing cold email campaigns and Meta Ads Manager.

- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and digital marketing analytics.

- Ability to interpret performance data, test improvements, and take action independently.

- Strong written and spoken English and professional communication skills.

- Organization, attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.

Helpful experience

Recruitment marketing, job boards, applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, or recruiting operations experience is helpful but is not required.
