RevCats is hiring a Veeva RIM Registrations Business Analyst for a long-term W-2 contract assignment in Foster City, California. This hybrid role focuses on regulatory registration processes, Veeva Vault RIM, and SAP integrations.

Location: Foster City, CA - hybrid. Candidates must be based on the West Coast and able to work onsite as required.

Duration: 12+ months

Pay: $70 per hour, W-2

Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements for Veeva RIM Registrations and SAP integrations, identifying process gaps.

- Translate regulatory and business needs into clear requirements, data mappings, and solution recommendations.

- Support changes that streamline registration workflows and integration with SAP.

- Partner with Regulatory Affairs, business users, and technical teams to deliver registration and integration projects.

- Explain how product and registration data is created, maintained, and exchanged between Veeva RIM Registrations and SAP.

- Support end users, identify project risks, and document business processes, requirements, and system configurations.

Required qualifications

- 12+ years of overall professional experience.

- At least 3 years of Business Analyst experience focused on Veeva RIM Registrations and SAP integration or data interaction.

- Hands-on knowledge of Veeva Vault RIM and the RIM Registrations module, including registration business processes and regulatory product data.

- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, medical devices, healthcare, or manufacturing environments.

- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
