RevCats is hiring an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a full-time, direct-hire position in Charleston, South Carolina.

Compensation and benefits

$70,000-$85,000 annual salary, based on experience, with excellent benefits. This is permanent employment.

Responsibilities

Under attorney direction, assist with commercial real-estate closings; review title and surveys; review and revise lease amendments, non-disturbance agreements and related transaction documents. Prepare closing documents and organize and maintain matter files. Work independently while collaborating professionally with attorneys and the team.

Required qualifications

At least three years of extensive commercial real-estate experience in a paralegal role. Title and survey experience. Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills; professional, self-motivated and organized approach; ability to work independently and as a team member. Four-year degree or equivalent relevant education/experience. Paralegal certification is preferred.
